Welcome to the TH Wildau campus and to THCONNECT!

Our slogan is 'Charge Your Career... WITH POWERFUL CONNECTIONS', and this year we are bringing this idea to life more strongly than ever.

There are many careers fairs, however we have made a deliberate decision for Hall 17 this time: we are focusing on quality rather than quantity.

We are moving away from impersonal careers fair marathons, - where business cards are collected at lightning speed - and towards genuine matchmaking and meaningful, targeted conversations. We have reduced the traditional exhibition space to create room for in-depth conversations and genuine face-to-face exchanges. With less crowding, there will be more focus on what matters most: building direct, personal connections between motivated young professionals and forward-thinking employers.

As the central networking hub, the new 'Career Corner' will strengthen opportunities to make valuable connections through an expanded, interactive programme of practical, hands-on workshops and exclusive career insights, as well as providing a lounge and meeting point for information and networking. There will also be regular CV checks and professional application photographs, including styling. This expanded programme, with some elements specifically tailored to international students, makes the careers fair a genuine launchpad for future careers.

For our students, this is an opportunity to showcase their personalities and individual strengths in a less pressured environment. For companies, it provides the ideal setting to meet talented individuals who could be a perfect fit for their teams.
