Sustainability at TH Wildau... We: Together

The sustainability office oversees university-wide environmental and sustainability management at TH Wildau. It develops strategic frameworks, is responsible for the EMAS management system, and drives sustainable transformation in the areas of governance, teaching, research and knowledge transfer, campus operations, and student engagement. By combining strategy, resource management, digitalization, knowledge management, cross-departmental and cross-organizational collaboration, and monitoring, it creates the conditions for continuous improvement in the university’s environmental, social, and economic sustainability performance.

Sustainability is a cross-cutting topic at TH Wildau, permeating all aspects of our institution. We integrate sustainable activities and processes into our teaching and learning programs, research projects, knowledge transfer and campus management. We understand sustainable development as a continuous process of change for a future worth living.
