"Sprungbrett Campus" programme

Internal funding scheme for international graduates of TH Wildau from countries outside the EU

German version

“Sprungbrett Campus” – a support programme for non-EU graduates of TH Wildau

The “Sprungbrett Campus” funding programme at TH Wildau supports international graduates of TH Wildau from countries outside the EU in making the transition from a degree programme to the labour market.

Until 31 December 2026, TH Wildau is providing €150,000 to specifically support career entry through part-time positions (0.5 FTE) at qualification level (Bachelor’s/Master’s). “Sprungbrett Campus” offers practical experience directly at the university and aims to secure follow-up employment with regional employers.

In addition to gaining temporary work experience at TH Wildau, graduates can build up an internal and external network and improve their knowledge of German (including technical language) as part of the funded role. If they encounter obstacles regarding residence rights and work permits, they receive support from TH Wildau. An internal support programme featuring events, workshops, job application training etc. further promotes exchange, networking and personal skills. TH Wildau thus helps with the transition into the labour market.
