“Sprungbrett Campus” – Information for external employers
International students are a key part of TH Wildau – around 25 per cent come from abroad. Nevertheless, non-EU graduates in particular often face challenges when entering the job market, such as a lack of networks, language barriers and uncertainties regarding residency status.
Through its internal support programme “Sprungbrett Campus”, TH Wildau provides targeted assistance to TH Wildau graduates from non-EU countries in making the transition or leap into the regional labour market.
External, regional employers who wish to offer graduates additional work placements during the programme or provide employment afterwards can contact Ray Trautwein, head of the Career Service at TH Wildau, email: ray.trautwein(at)th-wildau.de, tel. 03375 508 128.
“Sprungbrett Campus” creates concrete opportunities for international graduates whilst simultaneously helping to secure a skilled workforce in the region – with your support!
