Dr Markus Glöckner has been a legal advisor for 20 years and head of the administrative office responsible for appointment procedures at the University of Rostock for more than 10 years. He has also been lecturing on higher education law topics throughout Germany for 20 years - including at the Academy for Higher Education Law, EuroAcad GmbH and inn:öv.
