About the speaker
Dr Markus Glöckner has been a legal advisor for 20 years and head of the administrative office responsible for appointment procedures at the University of Rostock for more than 10 years. He has also been lecturing on higher education law topics throughout Germany for 20 years - including at the Academy for Higher Education Law, EuroAcad GmbH and inn:öv. Since 2018, his focus has been on seminars on appointment procedures at universities and HAWs. In addition to general appointment law, his portfolio also includes special forms (such as junior professorships, tenure track, joint appointments) and special procedural situations (such as bias, cancellation of appointment procedures or competitor disputes).
