DIVERSITY INSPIRES INNOVATION

On 19 May, 2026, TH Wildau celebrates German Diversity Day. This day is initiated every year by Charta der Vielfalt e.V. As a scientific institution, we want to enable innovation - and diverse perspectives inspire innovation!

On this day, we offer a varied programme for networking, exchanging ideas, discussing and celebrating.

Focus on Language

This year, we are placing a special programme focus on the topic of language.

Language is diverse and it enables diversity. As an international university, TH Wildau is proud of the linguistic diversity that our students and staff bring to the campus. Since 2024, the university has also implemented new guidelines for gender-sensitive language use. And communication that is as barrier-free and accessible as possible is a key priority at TH Wildau.

But that’s not all: We want to explore further connections between language and diversity together on May 19, 2026, during German Diversity Day.

So come along, bring your friends and take a stand for visibility and solidarity!
