Wildauer Clover Leaf Hike
Kick off the 2026 hiking season with the "Wildau Cloverleaf Hike" Choose your route from 5 to 50 kilometers – there's something for everyone. Mark your calendars for March 21, 2026 – that's the day we want to start the 2026 hiking season with you. For the guided circular hikes, we'll start and meet at the center of the cloverleaf – at the Wildau University of Applied Sciences, Hall 17.
Mini Cloverleaf Hike (10 km) & New: A Special Children's Cloverleaf
Hike Since the 10 km group was quite diverse last year, this year we're offering a special children's cloverleaf hike of approximately 5 km for all children under 12. Children can walk at their own pace. We'll have the opportunity to stop and take breaks at several playgrounds along the way. After about 2 hours, we'll have lunch at the Wildau Technical Center. Children aged 5-11 cost €5; children under 5 are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult, which costs €10. Families with older children, grandparents, etc., are also welcome to join the children's cloverleaf hike; they can book under "Adults" for the children's cloverleaf hike. Please note: The children's hike is not suitable for strollers.
For hiking beginners, leisurely hikers, seniors, and families with children aged 12 and up, we'll offer a shorter cloverleaf hike – a guided 10-kilometer loop. Depending on the group composition, it will take approximately 2.5 hours.
Hiking routes from 25 to 50 km
For experienced hikers, there is the option of a guided 25 km hike at a brisk pace (approx. 5 km/h, duration approx. 5 hours). Afterward, we return to the TH Wildau (Technical Center) for refreshments. We offer two different routes: one for early risers at 6:00 a.m. and one for late risers at 12:00 p.m. Those seeking a more athletic challenge and wishing to hike 50 km can combine the two faster routes. After the first 25 km hike, around 11:00 a.m., we return to the TH Wildau for lunch. The next 25 km hike then starts at 12:00 p.m. Another hot meal awaits you at the TH Wildau around 5:00 p.m. Please book the 50 km route when making your reservation. If that's too fast for you, you can join the more leisurely 25 km loop (approx. 4 km/h, duration approx. 6-7 hours) with additional short breaks. Please note: This is a hike, not a stroll! If you're faster or slower than the group, you can use the "Komoot" app to view the route (see the PDF route description) and hike at your own pace, even outside the group. Feel free to download the route beforehand. If you don't want to be part of the guided hikes, you can create your own long-distance hike – that's also possible.
Registration
Registration closes on March 15, 2026. It will no longer be possible to join the hike after this date. Volunteers Needed P.S.: We're still looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us with setup and takedown, registration, certificate distribution, etc. on the day of the event. :) We look forward to seeing you! ... If you have any questions, just send me an email: sahra.weber@th-wildau.de
