  • 26 computer work stations with internet connection, USB memory stick access as well as access to all licensed e-resources and databases
  • 150 work stations with electrical sockets for your own laptop

Single and group study roomsOpen areaClose area

The library provides the following single and group study rooms:

  • 4 carrels with a computer work station 
  • group study room (Glaskasten) with flipchart and large screen
  • computer group study room (Mediathek) with flipchart and large screen
  • lecture room (Vortragsraum) with a large screen and a smartboard
  • 3 group study rooms in hall 16

You can book a room online, via the university app Unidos, by e-mail, by phone call or at the information desk.

Accessibility

You can enter the library by using the elevator. Please call the elevator by ringing the bell outside of the library building.

Lockers

Please lock your bags and backpacks into one of our 140 lockers on the first floor. Please remember to bring your own padlock.

Toilets

The toilets are located on the ground floor next to the elevator as well as on the second floor next to the staff offices.

Copier

A copier is located on the first floor (8 cents/A4 bw; 35 cents/A4 color; 20 Cent/A3 bw; 70 cents/A3 color). Please pay with your university ID card. You can top up your ID card with money in the library or in the canteen.

Scannen

A book scanner is located on the second floor. Please bring your own USB memory stick to store your data.

Printer

eduroam

You can connect to eduroam in the library. Please find further information on the University IT Centre's website.

Guest WiFi

External users of the university library can apply for access for the guest WiFi of the TH Wildau with a valid library card. Access is valid for a maximum of two days and for a maximum of two devices. The access data will be handed out at the information desk or sent to your e-mail address. Please note that access to the guest WiFi can only be issued Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. due to staffing reasons.
