Connections That Make an Impact – Meet Talents at THCONNECT
The THCONNECT Job Expo will take place on 14 October 2026 (11 am – 4 pm) at the Wildau campus (Hall 17). The Job Expo's objective, in line with the slogan "Charge Your Career... WITH POWERFUL CONNECTIONS", is to facilitate meaningful connections between TH Wildau students and graduates with companies at an early stage, thereby fostering potential future professional relationships.
In addition to the exhibition stands, the event will feature a job board, a digital exhibition catalogue, and a targeted supporting programme, with a deliberate focus on quality rather than quantity.
In order to make THCONNECT 2026 more interactive, attractive, well attended, and to encourage greater exchange between participants, we have adapted our concept by expanding the supporting programme, reducing the exhibition area and deliberately limiting the number of exhibition stands to 25.

Exhibition stands will be located along the corridor from the main entrance (green arrow at the bottom) to the rear entrance, which is accessible for people with reduced mobility (green wheelchair symbol at the top left), as well as in rooms 17-0020 and 17-0030. - 360° view

Event Schedule:
- 08:00–11:00: Setting up and arranging your exhibition stand
- 11:00–11:15: Official opening of the careers fair by Prof. Dr Ulrike Tippe (President), Frank Nerlich (Mayor of Wildau) and Ray Trautwein (Head of the Career Service), in the foyer of Hall 17
- 14:00–14:15: Ceremonial presentation of the Deutschlandstipendien by Prof. Dr Ulrike Tippe, in the foyer of Hall 17
- 14:15–15:00: Networking for sponsors and scholarship recipients, in the foyer of Hall 14
- From 16:00: Dismantling of exhibition stands

Have you heard about our internal “Sprungbrett Campus” funding programme?
Under the motto “Internationally experienced, Educated in Wildau. Ready for the next step in your career”, TH Wildau has launched the “Sprungbrett Campus” funding programme. This initiative supports international TH Wildau graduates from non-EU countries in their transition from university to the job market by offering them funded part-time positions at the university.
Our goal is to help participants secure subsequent employment with your company!
As part of THCONNECT 2026, we are therefore providing specific support for the 2026 cohort through:
- a workshop on entering the German labour market with Dr Markus Karbaum.
- the opportunity to introduce themselves to you through personal profiles.
- a guided tour of selected companies, giving participants the opportunity to make contact with you in an accessible and informal way and explore potential opportunities for subsequent employment with your company.
