Facilitation Trolleys for Your Workshops
Starting now, you can make use of the facilitation trolleys provided by the Center for Research and Transfer. These dynamic trolleys are an evolution of the tried-and-true facilitation kits and are equipped with inspiring materials that will take your events to a whole new level. Take advantage of this resource in the specially designed rooms in House 13. Reserve one of these trolleys today for your next event and unlock the full potential of your creative ideas and formats!
Presentation Screens
We also offer roll-up presentation monitors. Two of these digital flip charts are currently available for loan in House 13 and offer you even more flexibility. Whether in landscape mode for impressive presentations or portrait mode for intensive group work—these monitors adapt to your needs. Use them for workshops, team projects, or as a whiteboard with a variety of useful features.
Currently, the monitors can only be checked out within House 13. The stands are not suitable for transport between houses.
How can I rent a trolley?Open areaClose area
If you are organizing a seminar, workshop, or other creative event where you would like to use the trolleys, please feel free to contact the team at the Center for Research and Transfer.
Send an email to sciencebox(at)th-wildau.de and reserve a trolley in advance for your event.
Rental Procedure
- Notify the ZFT of your needs,
- pick up the reserved trolley from House 13,
- conduct your event,
- check that the trolley’s contents are complete,
- and return the trolley afterward*.
*Trolleys should be returned at the end of the day so they can be restocked. Long-term loans are not permitted.

All trolleys are equipped the same way. They contain:
- Whiteboard markers in various colors
- Ballpoint pens and scissors
- Magnets, magnetic sheets
- Stickers in various colors
- Clock/timer
- Cleaning supplies
- Replacement supplies
If you run out of any supplies during your session, please let us know when you return the trolley so we can restock it.

If you are organizing a seminar, workshop, or other creative event where you would like to use the monitors, please feel free to contact the team at the Center for Research and Transfer.

*Monitors must be returned at the end of the day. Long-term or permanent loans are not permitted.
*The monitors are not intended for transport. This means that disassembling and reassembling them—for example, at trade shows—is not possible with these devices. If you have such a need, please contact the HRZ.

Both devices are permanently mounted on a rollable stand.
