Our courses give you the opportunity to learn the millennia-old form of exercise yoga and to do something good for yourself and your body. The courses are aimed at all those who wish to find out more about the practice of yoga.
"In this class we engage in a small yoga journey in a lively and stress-reducing way, we combine physical, breathing and meditation exercises with mindfulness and self-care
and look at the connection between yoga and the elemental teachings of Ayurveda. We will look at the effects of yoga on the body and nervous system and you will learn relevant things about stress prevention in everyday life. You will get to know your individual gentle yoga practice and can look forward to a wonderful, balanced autumn 2023!
