But that's not all! We also use our indoor time for floor exercises, gymnastics and volleyball, so you can find the perfect balance between fun and fitness. - Free floor gymnastics for adults: show what you're made of or learn new movements and techniques. Floor gymnastics is not only a great way to improve your flexibility and coordination, but also to combine body control and elegance.
- Free strength training with available equipment: Strengthen your body and build targeted muscles - without any stress. Our equipment is at your disposal so that you can train at your own pace. Set your own goals and achieve them step by step!
- Soft floors for your own exercises: Here you will find the ideal space for your gymnastics exercises or other creative movements. Soft and gentle on joints and bones, our floors provide you with the perfect foundation to concentrate fully on your exercises.
- Free volleyball: Fancy a bit of action or a change of pace? Some of us like to play a few rounds. It's a fun way to improve your reaction times and stamina.
