SUP (Stehpaddeln)
SUP (stand up paddle surfing) is a water sport in which the athlete stands upright on a type of surfboard and uses a single blade paddle to generate thrust for forward movement. You have a much better view when standing on the board than in a rowing boat, for example.
Notes:
- You must be able to swim to take part
- Please bring along a change of clothes and swimwear
