Pilates

Pilates is the systematic training of the whole body to strengthen muscles, particularly the pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles. Mostly smaller, deeper and weaker muscles groups are targeted which help ensure correct and healthy posture. Training includes strength training, stretching and conscious breathing.
