Midday Meditation

Treat yourself to a relaxing and quiet time out from PC work or study. The meditation includes breathing, rest and relaxation exercises, either sitting or lying down.

Hint

  • This course takes place every second week (21.10.,04.11,18.11.,02.12.,16.12.)
  • The events will be held in compliance with the current handling regulation. The 3 G regulation (tested, recovered or vaccinated) is decisive for participation. A self-test is sufficient as proof. University employees may continue to use the university-issued tests here.
