Jumping Fitness

Jumping fitness is an effective full-body workout on specially designed trampolines. Different jump varieties to rousing music strengthen your deep muscles, improve your coordination and are pieced together step by step to a choreography.

Hinweise:

  • Course 1 does not take place on 21th of april and 9th of june
  • Course 2 does not take place on 01th/29th of may
  • The courses are running by the organizer under its own direction. Participants are not insured against accidents by the organizer or TH-Wildau
