Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is a new trend of Fitness Training, that contains the training of complex motion sequences and thus of entire muscle groups.
The mixture of the training using your own body weight and versatile exercises with different small appliances (kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Agility Ladders, jump ropes, ect.) is complemented by the multi-dimensional stress of reaction, agility, balance and endurance.
