Break-time yoga
A fresh kick for body and soul in your lunch break. Yoga balance and relaxation exercises will energise you and help you start the afternoon reinvigorated. In the 30 minute exercise break, your neck and shoulder muscles are relaxed, the back muscles strengthened and flexibility improved using different Yoga exercises. Breathing and relaxation exercises soothe the mind and provide your body with renewed energy. The perfect balance to sedentary work - for promoting well-being and calmness.
Notes:
- No previous experience of yoga is required. A change of clothes is optional, but not necessary.
- Please bring a towel for the yoga mat.
- Please don’t eat in the two hours before the course.
- The course does not take place on 31th of October 2024
