Break Time Meditation

Whether to shut down after computer work, to relax your eyes and/or as a digestive break after lunch. You can take this half hour for yourself, your relaxation and dreams. This meditation leads to a restful state of rest, according to your needs, either sitting or lying down.

 

Hints:

  • The events will be held in compliance with the current handling regulation. The 3 G regulation (tested, recovered or vaccinated) is decisive for participation. A self-test is sufficient as proof. University employees may continue to use the university-issued tests here.
