SOS function in the Unidos app of TH Wildau
When there is a fire, we all know how to react – we leave the buildings, use emergency doors and escape routes, and meet at the assembly points.
But how are we informed and how do we behave in a confusing threat situation, such as a shooting rampage?
Our Notfallplan provides comprehensive information on this.
But how can we inform as many campus visitors as possible? In order to be able to respond quickly and in a coordinated manner in such an emergency (which we hope will never occur), we are currently integrating an SOS function into our Unidos app that is directly linked to Webex.
Test phase: We are looking for you!
For the test phase from 2 to 13 March, we are looking for volunteers to put the new feature through its paces.
- Your task: Test the SOS function in Unidos, evaluate push notifications and provide feedback via a survey.
- Testing the function within Unidos is not anonymous. The survey and feedback are anonymous.
- Registration: Please register by 27 February using this form: https://veranstaltung.th-wildau.de/sos-test/
Important note for everyone else: Even if you are not part of the active test group, you may see test alerts in the UniDos app during the test period from 2 to 13 March (provided you have activated beta features in UniDos).
Please note: These messages are explicitly marked as ‘TEST’. There is no danger and no need for action!
