• solutions for human resources-related challenges in project-based settings, using insights from SHRM and evidence-based decision-making.

• workforce initiatives such as upskilling and reskilling, and strategies to attract and retain diverse talent globally.
• the role of ethical frameworks and principles in organisational decision-making.
• diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges, and strategies for inclusive and fair workplaces.
• strategies for working in and managing diverse teams, considering gender, culture, ethnicity, age, and varied abilities.
