New Diversity Manager as of April 1, 2025

Ray Trautwein has been working as the Diversity Manager at TH Wildau since April 1, 2025, and reports to the president. His goal is to establish diversity as a cross-cutting issue. A key task for Ray Trautwein is to make diversity “tangible” as an (open) concept at TH Wildau and in external communications, and to integrate it into the university’s overall strategy.

In addition to his conceptual and strategic work, he also wants to engage in dialogue with the university community to learn how diversity is already being practiced on campus.

In addition, Ray Trautwein will examine potential areas for improvement where obstacles and barriers arise in everyday student life or the workplace. These areas need to be addressed, which may involve, for example, raising awareness about issues related to diversity and anti-discrimination.
