Mindfulness and Breath
In everyday life, we often unconsciously breathe shallowly and our attention is often not connected to the present moment. This can lead to both physical and mental suffering.
In this course, we focus on the breath. We learn how we can use simple exercises and breathing techniques to break out of the stress and hectic pace of everyday life and connect with our deeper core being. This allows us to be more present in the moment, which leads to deep joy and contentment.
