Aikido
Aikido is the gentle art of self-defense, the art to solve conflicts without violence and the path of harmony from body, soul and heart.
The principle of this marterial art is to make the energy of the opponents attack available for yourself. At the physical level Aikido consists of techniques with which the attacker is either thrown or fixed in a lever. Everyone can learn Aikido, regardless of age, gender and power.
Our course offers you the opportunity to learn about the marterial art Aikido. The movements will be explained in detail and build step- by- step on each other. Basic knowledge will be repeated and deepened regulary. Everytime we start with easy attacks and transfer the techniques to more difficult attacks. Later the goal is it to apply the techniques on all attack situations. In this course you learn the techniques you need for the first two belt tests.
The course is for beginners as well as for advanced.
