Students can apply for educational support (Auslands-BAföG) for a period of study abroad.

Für einen Auslandsaufenthalt im Rahmen des Studiums erhalten wesentlich mehr Studierende eine Ausbildungsförderung als für eine Ausbildung im Inland.

The application for funding abroad must be submitted to the BAföG office responsible for a specific country.
