Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences
The Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences stands for applied science, technological expertise and the responsible shaping of the future. Across our degree programmes, laboratories and research activities, we combine strong foundations in engineering and the natural sciences with current developments in digitalisation, energy, mobility, manufacturing, the environment, life sciences and applied computer science.
Our ambition is to translate scientific knowledge into robust technical solutions through a practice-oriented, interdisciplinary approach and close collaboration with industry, academia and society. In doing so, we build on the engineering tradition of TH Wildau and adapt it to the demands of modern working and living environments through excellent teaching, applied research, advanced laboratory infrastructure and a strong commitment to knowledge transfer.
At the heart of everything we do are people, ideas and responsibility. We equip our students with the skills to analyse complex technical and societal challenges, develop sustainable solutions and actively shape processes of change. As a faculty with strong regional roots and an international outlook, we contribute to the innovative strength of the Berlin–Brandenburg Capital Region and beyond.
