Project: AI in Recruiting
Project overviewOpen areaClose area
Initial situation: Data analysis using artificial intelligence methods (such as machine learning) offers opportunities for optimizing HR processes, particularly in recruiting (Garg et al., 2022).
Goal: In the feasibility study "AI in Recruiting", we research how HR decision-makers can be supported by means of machine learning during the application process. The main focus is on the text-based analysis of personality traits, as well as the applicant's intent, authorship, and data consistency.
Approach: During the feasibility study, real application data (cover letter, short video, questionnaire survey) will be collected and subsequently analyzed using different methods of inferential statistics and machine learning.
