Back fit is a gentle, preventive back training for the entire spine!

The back fitness course consists of a whole body training to strengthen the core muscles (chest, back and abdominal muscles) including the lower back muscles, as well as the shoulder and leg muscles. In addition to targeted exercises in the field of strength endurance, it is also about the correct control of the important back muscles and the improvement of back statics and coordination.

Lasting effects can be felt, including:

  •      improved body awareness through awareness
  •      more efficient interaction of the muscles
  •      increased ability to relax and concentrate
