DAAD-STIBET Scholarships
Funding is available for international students from our university that are enrolled in one of our study programmes.

The International Office awards up to four graduation scholarships from DAAD funds to international students of 500 EUR per month for 3 months.

Tuesday, 31 March 2026, 23:59 CEST
Who can apply?
International students, who
- have acquired their university entrance qualification abroad,
- do not have German citizenship,
- are regularly enrolled at the TH Wildau (exchange students cannot be supported), and
- are expected to successfully complete their studies within one year
Selection criteria
- good academic performance
- academic progress (number of courses still to be completed)
- financial need and social situation
- voluntary commitment (desirable)
Note: other scholarships and/or wages may be counted toward the scholarship amount
Application documents / selection procedure
- curriculum vitae
- letter of motivation (including details on how you financed your studies so far and when you plan to submit your thesis)
- transcript of records
- letter of recommendation from your thesis supervisor or study programme director - the letter of recommendation must be sent directly by the supervisor to incoming(at)th-wildau.de and should include information about the applicant's academic progress and achievements.
- Proof(s) of voluntary work (if available)
The selection of the scholarship holders is made on the basis of the application documents by a Selection Committee consisting of the International Office and the Executive Board of TH Wildau. Priority will be given to students currently completing their Master degree studies.

Who can apply?
International students, who
- have acquired their university entrance qualification abroad,
- do not have German citizenship,
- are regularly enrolled at the TH Wildau (exchange students cannot be supported), and
- face special challenges during their studies (e.g. special care situations for children or relatives in need of care, disability, refugee background, etc.)
Selection criteria
- good academic performance
- academic progress
- financial need and social situation
- voluntary commitment (desirable)
