National Code of Conduct for German Universities Regarding International Students

The National code of conduct for German universities regarding international students was adopted by the German Rectors‘ Conference in 2009 and establishes a set of common minimum standards for German universities. The code of coduct aims at improving the support of international students by settings standards in the fields of information and marketing, admissions, supervision, support and advice, plus follow-up services. TH Wildau joined the code of conduct on 5 January 2010. International students can turn to the head of the International Office, if they have any questions regarding the conduct, and, in case of complaints on violations of the conduct they may contact the head of the International Office or the Conflict Advisory Service. Depending on the respective concern, complaints may be forwarded to responsible units within the university.
