Introduction to the ProfilPASSOpen areaClose area
Certificates and diplomas are important, but a person's abilities go far beyond that. How can this comprehensive range of skills be captured? This is where the ProfilPASS comes into play.
The ProfilPASS supports the identification and documentation of competencies within the framework of lifelong learning. It captures non-formally acquired skills and makes them visible. These competencies arise, for example, through leisure activities, volunteer work, or within social environments such as family and friends. They complement the skills and knowledge recorded in official certificates and diplomas.
With the ProfilPASS, you receive a valuable document that meaningfully complements your usual application materials. It serves as a helpful tool for potential employers to assess your qualifications and can also be an important foundation during a job interview.
Intercultural CompetenceOpen areaClose area
The workshop introduces the fundamentals of intercultural competence. Participants will learn about various cultural indicators and analysis tools, practice the ability to consider multiple perspectives, including current socio-political topics. They will train their interconnected thinking skills and ability to handle ambiguity-inducing situations, while also strengthening their teamwork abilities. The workshop supports participants in their personal development, helps them better understand their environment, and enables them to approach people from different cultural backgrounds with more openness and confidence, successfully interacting with empathy.
By exploring and experiencing cultural and religious diversity in thinking and action, participants are sensitized and empowered to engage with people from other cultural backgrounds. The workshop's high practical relevance ensures more effective handling of cultural phenomena in everyday life and equips participants to analyze intercultural issues and develop solutions.
Intercultural training is always a form of personal development and a key area in the development of soft skills and future skills. Participants will engage intensively with the assumptions and orientation patterns of their own culture, in order to then identify and better understand the differences and similarities in behavior and thinking patterns between their own and other cultures.
Introduction to Location and Potential AnalysisOpen areaClose area
The Location and Potential Analysis workshop is aimed at individuals undergoing personal and professional transitions who are seeking the best solutions and strategies to build on and apply their strengths, as well as to recognize and utilize personal development potentials.
Taking an expanded perspective on one's biography and career path, and using knowledge of analysis tools and strategic instruments, helps individuals more precisely determine and utilize their professional orientation and career planning. This supports people in successfully implementing their career plans and allows them to pursue and achieve personal goals in both their professional and private lives more sustainably.
In this workshop, participants will first get to know the most important tools and instruments for location and potential analysis. They will work with other participants to create an initial location analysis, allowing them to later identify and apply optimal courses of action for transitioning into or entering the German job market.

Presentation TechniquesOpen areaClose area
In everyday life, people often receive little feedback on their communication and behavior. However, without honest and even critical feedback on their communication style and presence, it is impossible to improve. Whether you want to convince others in a direct conversation, during a job interview, at a work meeting, or through a presentation: effective communication and successful presentations, both in private and professional contexts, can be trained and improved – like a lively dance, learned step by step.
In this presentation and communication workshop, you will receive personalized feedback on your strengths and weaknesses in presentation and communication behavior from the trainer (and other participants). You will also learn to better assess and understand yourself by actively practicing through role-plays and exercises based on examples from your personal and professional life.
You will be able to evaluate and manage new situations more effectively, and in encounters and exchanges, positively influence others.
You will learn to present with purpose and communicate authentically.
Through a varied mix of methods, including theoretical input and exercises, you will learn to act confidently and competently in challenging situations, communicate persuasively while remaining authentic, and improve your clarity in both presentation and communication. As a result, you will gain more fluency in language and enhance your self-presentation and public image.
Additionally, you will receive individualized action recommendations through the analysis of your communication behavior, providing you with immediately applicable knowledge and practical tips for goal-oriented communication and presentations when interacting with various target groups in companies, institutions, and personal environments.
Moreover, by considering important cultural indicators, you will learn to communicate and present in a target-group-appropriate and needs-oriented way, expressing this through the skilled use of (German) language as a representational system in different contexts.
