Simon Devos-Chernova studied accounting and tax law in Kortrijk (Belgium) and came to Wildau for an exchange semester in March 2012, where he also completed a Master's degree in European Management at TH Wildau. At the same time, he studied Management of European Affairs in Lille (France), and graduated in 2014.

Since September 2014 Simon has been working at the International Office of TH Wildau, where he is responsible for the incoming exchange students. He is also a lecturer in the European (Business) Management programme and a visiting lecturer at Vives University of Applied Sciences in Kortrijk (Belgium).

In addition to his work at TH Wildau, Simon served in the board of the pro-European NGO Young European Federalists (JEF-Europe), was Chairman of the Financial Control Commission of the European Youth Forum and is member of the Alliance 90/The Greens political party.
