Immerse yourself in the world of ice bathing – the ultimate refreshment for body and mind! In this unique university sports course, you will learn how controlled ice bathing can train your mental strength, boost your immune system, and get your blood circulation going.
With professional guidance and in a safe environment, we will introduce you to the cold step by step. You will learn how breathing techniques, mindfulness, and proper preparation can help you not only endure the cold water, but enjoy it.
Ice bathing has been proven to promote regeneration, reduce stress, lift your mood, and can even improve the quality of your sleep.

Course content:
- Theoretical kick-off event “The Power of Cold” on October 16, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. in room 13-027.
- Three group ice bath sessions with breathing exercises before and after each session.
- One group “cold walk” lasting one hour.
Contraindications:
- Cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, high blood pressure)
- Respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
- Neurological diseases (epilepsy)
- Vascular diseases
- Pregnancy
