Photo session "Together against racism - We take a stand"

As part of the International Weeks against Racism, which are taking place from 11 to 24 March on the initiative of the Foundation for the International Weeks Against Racism, we would like to organise a theme week from 18 to 22 March to coincide with the start of the 2024 summer semester. 

As a university, we have anchored internationality, cosmopolitanism and diversity in our mission statement and daily actions and clearly stand for democracy, cohesion and tolerance. We see ourselves as an open space for peaceful and respectful coexistence between all members of the university.

As part of our theme week, we want to set an example together and take a photo with them on our campus on Tuesday, 19 March 2024, at 11:15 a.m. under the motto "Together against racism - We take a stand". Please take five minutes - between your lectures or as a short break from work - and come to the square between House 16 and Hall 17 on our campus at 11.15 a.m. We will take a photo of the hopefully numerous attendees from the roof terrace of House 16 and publish it as a visual statement on our usual communication channels. The city of Wildau and hopefully other institutions will also join us.
