From application to graduation – the Student Affairs department is the first point of contact for all questions related to the administration of studying at the university.

Area of responsibility

We deal with all the formalities related to studying with us, including:

  • applications,
  • admission,
  • enrolment,
  • re-registration,
  • suspension of studies,
  • de-registration,
  • part-time study,
  • second degrees,
  • change of degree programme,
  • and guest students.

Consultation hours

During teaching period:

Monday to Wednesday:
9:00 - 11:30 and 13:00 - 14:00

Thursday:
9:00 - 11:00 and 13:00 - 14:00

During lecture break:

Appointments only after arrangement by telephone or email.
