Support

The learn@wildau team is available to help with any questions you may have about using the Moodle learning platform. They can be contacted via email or in person upon request.

We can also help you with using the BigBlueButton virtual classroom and the Etherpad online text editor.

 

Three support options are available:

  • Email support: elearning(at)th-wildau.de
    You can reach our helpdesk via email. A ticket will be issued and allocated to a member of the support team who will deal with your query.
  • Video instructions: Short video instructions (in german language) have been made available based upon the support requests we have received. These provide a visual aid to resolving your issue.
  • Personal advice
    You may make an appointment for a personal support session by emailing us at elearning(at)th-wildau.de. Please be aware that personal appointments require much more time. As such, please expect a waiting time of about 5 working days.
