Latest information
Dear authors, reviewers and chairs of ECMS 2020,
Unfortunately, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we are unable
to hold the ECMS 2020 conference at TH Wildau, as planned.
The local organizers at TH Wildau, Germany, together with the ECMS Board
are offering the following alternative for all accepted papers:
The reviewing process of all submitted papers will continue. Right now, we are planning to inform all authors about acceptance or rejection between April 6 to 10, 2020.
We are offering to publish our 2020 indexed proceedings (printed for libraries and online with DOI, Scopus, INSPEC, DBLP and Thomas Reuters), in our annual series, for a reduced fee of 250€ for each paper accepted for publication. Deadline for the final submission together with received payment will be
May 2nd, 2020.
The ECMS organizing team is thanking you for your understanding and we are working already
on the next ECMS conference.
In case you might have any questions, please feel free to get back to us.
All the best and many greetings
Martina-Maria Seidel

Conference Aims & Conference VenueOpen areaClose area
The human capacity to abstract complex systems and phenomena into simplified models has played a critical role in the rapid evolution of our modern industrial processes and scientific research. As a science and an art, Modelling and Simulation have been one of the core enablers of this remarkable human trace, and have become a topic of great importance for researchers and practitioners. The increasing availability of massive computational resources and interconnectivity has helped fuel tremendous advances in the field, collapsing previous barriers and redefining new horizons for its capabilities and applications.
