Aerobics is an endurance workout that trains coordination and endurance skills to motivating music in a way that is easy on the joints. The Step-Easy course teaches the first basic steps and their technique. These are combined to a choreography and deepened with rousing music.
 

Step is an effective cardiovascular workout that strengthens the muscles of the lower body particularly intensively thanks to the height-adjustable platform.
